21st century overpopulation kids have no direction on top of that so much red tape from city to dig up water lines lol this is very simple basic manual labor a shovel and a pick axe is all u need  :o ::)

Honestly, I would advise residents to get a rainwater catchment system instead

actually great idea i used to do this for drinking water they are a bunch of pussies up north
