IIRC, you were the dude that had a lot of knowledge about that, specifically GNR and other 80's bands. Is this common knowledge?

Not doubting, I just find it interesting and want to know more. Is there a thread about this type of stuff on a guitar message board somewhere?

When I was in high school there was a theater down on Colordo Blvd in Pasadena where every weekend they would have a midnight showing of The Song Remains the Same and Rocky Horror. If I had to guess I would say I saw the song remains the same at least 25-30 times and seen their last tour before John Bonham died.
