I would suggest you try carb cycling instead. Have it split into 3 types of days, where you have no carb day’s high carb days and moderate days...probably keep the high day to 1x per wk. On the high carb days drop fat intake and on the no carb days raise fat intake considerably.

Low to no carbs will help you lose weight, but carbs do have their place in a sound diet and should not be completely neglected.

well I am doing a refeed every 3rd day with plenty of carbs... so they're not completely gone.

Low carb diets are completely pointless.

Sure they work just like any other diet, but why put yourself through all that agony with low carbs? YOU DON'T NEED TO.

Low carb diets do have there place but how extreme is one of those things that is more individually based. Even so, I find it hard to believe that diets that are made up of almost no carbs can be healthy.

Very-low-carb diet is certainly THE most effective for fat loss:

No it isn't.
I eat 300g carbs and 300g protein with 30-45g of fat when I diet, and I get diced.

Well, you could get even more ripped with very-low-carb. However, one fat loss diet is not ideal for all because of differences in biochemical makeup.

I just do the cardio. Ain't nothing to it but to do it. And THAT'S real.
