Title: Programmer under oath admits computers rig elections

Are elections rigged? I would not be surprised. The public would never really know. Same with poll numbers. How do we know those numbers are real? It could be totally fabricated and probably is.

Easy to stretch and warp the truth by polling, if that's what someone wants to do.  Not cool.
