will add 24 cents per gallon to gas prices.

First increase in fuel taxes in 25 years because obama wants to boost american domestic industry.

look, I can appreciate obama stealing Trump's idea here... but man, seems very anti-capitalist to me.   :-\

Obama can only propose this and he knows that congress will never allow it. It's an election year talking point proposal, nothing else. It's not serious governing.
