Title: Laziest BB ever?
Post by: Nether Animal on February 05, 2016, 07:39:37 PM
So, who was the laziest BB of peace ever?

Cormier?

Dillett?

I would say Dillet but these days he is running his own bodybuilding fed, so that must take at least some effort.

Honestly though I am going to go with Kai Green because it just seems that guy has never had anything resembling a job, lived in a welfare apartment most likely while collecting welfare and going to the gym all day and dancing for some schmoes and painting pics of himself and naked ladies all day(yeah I know he is a pro but he did not start making money off that until what 2008?)

Gym wise I would go with Flex Wheeler. There was no reason for that guy to use synthol, none ::)

Was Cormier that lazy? I know he liked to party but training wise? I can see Flex being lazier and Dillet is definitely top 5 material in the lazy department.

Cormier was heavy on the partying, but he was always considered a fairly hard trainer, especially during his prime.

Arnold does mention something about Franco being a "lazy bastard" in Pumping Iron...

Lets define "lazy" here: lazy for a top level BB?
I bet Arnold was comparing Franco to himself...which would make most any man "lazy"

My vote is for Dillet...from what Ive heard

Basically the entire Golds gym crew. All genetics no work ethic.

Dorian had decent genetics at best. He won because he out worked them. Simply put. Imagine if Wheeler trained with the fiercocity and intensity that Yates had in his prime. Imagine the possibilities.

yes, from that!

Before they train chest together, Franco is hanging off the chin bar with gravity boots, Arnold walks up and goes "let's go Franco, you lazy bastard" that word will forever remind me of that part in that movie, lol!

i'm pretty sure Cormier trained very hard and heavy.  you may be confused because he was also one hell of a partier. I guess whatever he did it was all out.

but yeah,  dillet seemed lazy. definitely trained lighter than a fitness model.

Flex would have had torn muscles and his career would have ended earlier to that or kidney issues.

I remember seeing him on video throwing up the 200s on dumbbell bench and repping 405 slow and controlled on incline barbell all while dieting down. Strong dude

Laziest guy I ever saw train in my life was branch warren.  Looked bored, tired, hung over and not really interested in what he was doing, but maybe that's just him.

There is actual video of Dillett picking up 200s? You mean he just didn't look at them? And the same vid showed him repping 405 on the bar? He wasn't removing the plates for someone or looking at someone else lift it?

Dillet played football in the CFL so he wasn't always lazy...

Although it is unbelieveable that he had any athletic ability ever.

Everything looked so hard for him.

isnt there a story where cormier saw mike tyson in a club and almost got into a fight. apparently cormier was a few days away from a show and out partying.

I gotta give it to him though , the fact that he could do that and still manage his physique is pretty incredible.  after a night of hard partying for me i would loose about 8 pounds and not really get back to myself till middle of the next wk.

I think Cormier was working as a bouncer at the time and kid dynamite slapped the back of his noggin and that was it.
