Just another reason why you can't hire a young black male. They'll arrive late, leave early, take long lunches, won't perform any menial tasks such as making coffee, cleaning up or fetching lunch, will question authority, complain to human resources when scolded and inevitably file a discrimination complaint with the EEOC when fired. Or just run to the liberal media who can't wait to run these types of stories.

True, but the Trump campaign should have smelled a rat: black men that WANT a job  ::)

My former training partner is a black guy from french suburd. No diplome, unable to be punctual, unable to deal quietly with situation where he's challenged,  and always complaining about "discrimination and racism".  Absolutely unemployable for a serious job..

Yeah it's by and large the same situation here in the States. Just not worth the hassle of dealing with these guys. The key is to hire one or two tokens to show that you are not discriminating and then simply ignore the rest.

Why can't he accept that people weren't accepting and friendly to him because he's a young 18 year old kid who is naive and has no experience. Blacks always perceive everything as racism. Kid even says that there was no open racist remarks directed at him but he "felt" micro aggressions and in back of their minds they were racist.

This shouldn't be taken serious. It's complete garbage. You can't take an 18 year old seriously no matter what race.

Why would we do that? The whole benefit of being prejudiced is to pre-judge and save us the time of having to watch endless videos. Besides, we know how to read.

Yeah, but it's best to watch a short vid of the kid being interviewed.

I watched it up to the part where he mentioned  the way he was looked at...

then I turned it off.
