I thought it was weird that they would say it was natural causes the same day the guy died. If he died at his home then I could understand it. But he died at resort type place that he's supposedly has never been before. Are they not doing an autopsy? The guy basically had more power than the President...What's wrong with saying it looks to be natural causes but we won't know until and autopsy is done?

The family specifically asked that an autopsy NOT be performed. We will never know if the progressive murder machine marches on. Someday, we will see it clearly and fire up the patriot murder machine. And I promise we will be much more efficient and quick.

It was mishandled IMO because the people in charge of the situation should have known better than to leave such easy questions. They'll handle something in this way, only to act surprised when people bring up questions afterward.
Sadly, Justice Antonin Scalia’s sudden death from “natural causes” had no sooner been announced yesterday than the Internet began to buzz with conspiracy theories of potential foul play.
Well, now local authorities in the Texas town where Scalia passed have announced the justice’s official cause of death was a heart attack. In addition, they have declared foul play was “absolutely not” involved.
Scalia was staying at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas and was found dead in his room yesterday morning. The mournful reactions came in from legal scholars, presidential candidates, Scalia’s own colleagues, and plenty of people who disagreed with him about the loss of this giant legal mind.
According to USA Today, Scalia’s death certificate lists a myocardial infarction as cause of death. Judge Cinderela Guevara said she was called by a county sheriff yesterday afternoon because the two justices of the peace were out of town.
She went into more detail about what happened yesterday:
“As part of my investigation, one of the things I did ask the sheriff and the U.S. Marshal: ‘Were there any signs of foul play?’ And they said, ‘Absolutely not.’ At that time I still wanted to be careful, and asked them if (Scalia’s) physician would call me.”
The justice’s personal doctor called her at 8 p.m. Saturday night. She said the physician told her that Scalia had a shoulder problem last week and underwent an MRI. Scalia also suffered several chronic ailments, Guevara said.
“I felt comfortable what I knew was going on with him physically,” she said.
Scalia’s body was moved to a funeral home in El Paso today.
It’s unclear whether Judge Guevara’s statement will put concerns about potential foul play to rest.
Even as the cause of death was being announced, a report that the justice was found with a “pillow over his head” was published, citing the eyewitness account of the man who’d hosted Justice Scalia at the ranch where he died.
And now, the Washington Post is reporting this:
Yet as details of his sudden death trickled in Sunday, it appeared that the hours afterward were anything but orderly. The man known for his elegant legal opinions and profound intellect was found dead in his room at a hunting resort by a ranch owner.
It then took hours for authorities in remote West Texas to find a justice of the peace, officials said Sunday. When they did, she pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without seeing the body and decided not to order an autopsy. A second justice of the peace, who was called but couldn’t get to Scalia’s body in time, said she would have ordered an autopsy.
As late as Sunday afternoon, there were conflicting reports about whether an autopsy would be performed, though officials later said Scalia’s body was being embalmed and there would be no autopsy. One report, by WFAA-TV in Dallas, said the death certificate would show the cause of the death was a heart attack.
It would seem strange indeed not to perform an autopsy. CNN is now reporting the decision to forgo an autopsy was made both by the family and the Texas Justice of the Peace, according to its (unnamed) source.
I, for one, certainly hope that suspicions about how he died doesn’t overshadow this great man’s legacy. May he rest in peace.

The Supreme Court appeared deadlocked Wednesday along ideological lines as justices weighed another legal challenge to ObamaCare -- this one, brought by a religious nonprofit that objects to paying for insurance covering birth control.
The case before the court is a hot-button trifecta — health care, abortion and religious freedom — and concerns ObamaCare's controversial contraception mandate.
The eight justices will decide whether religious-affiliated institutions like the Little Sisters of the Poor, a Catholic charity of nuns, can be exempt from having to pay for -- or indirectly allow -- birth control and other reproductive health coverage in their health plans.
But the First Amendment challenge coming amid an election-year vacancy at the Supreme Court leaves this legal fight very much up in the air, and may not be fully resolved until the vacancy is filled. A 4-4 split could leave the provision in place for now.
The 90 minutes of debate grew tense at times, highlighting the split on the current court. The justices drew ideological differences over the moral and administrative implications of the law, President Obama's signature domestic policy accomplishment.
"It can't be all my way. There has to be an accommodation, and that's what the government tried to do," said Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She said creating an exception for the nuns would open the "floodgates" to make the law unworkable.
But Chief Justice John Roberts repeated the nuns' rhetoric when saying the plaintiff "has used the phrase 'hijacking,' and it seems to me that that's an accurate description of what the government wants to do." He said, "They want to use the mechanism that the Little Sisters and the other petitioners have set up to provide services because they want the coverage to be seamless."
Members of the Little Sisters of the Poor rallied along with their supporters in front of the court Wednesday, many carrying signs and buttons with "I'll Have Nun of It." Nearby were supporters of abortion rights and the Affordable Care Act.
While the LSP leaders are nuns, the charity employs hundreds of lay workers who otherwise may be eligible for the insurance service. Similar non-profits would include certain hospitals, parochial schools, and private faith-based universities.
Churches and other houses of worship themselves are already separately exempt outright under rules established by the Obama administration.
The high court two years ago said the Little Sisters and its third-party insurance administrator could remain temporarily exempt from the mandates, while lower courts continued to wrangle with the merits of the primary challenge to the federal health law provisions on contraception.
After ObamaCare was passed in 2010, the White House negotiated what it called a compromise aimed at allowing the medical coverage but also providing an administrative workaround for those opposing it. The central dispute revolves around a requirement these groups self-certify -- and sign a form authorizing an outside administrator to provide contraceptives without the employers' direct involvement.
In the early stages of the litigation, the Supreme Court issued a temporary order in January 2014, saying the administration could not enforce the mandates, at least temporarily.
The rules were designed by the administration to give women employed at nonprofit, religious-based organizations the ability to receive contraception through separate health policies with no co-pay.
Lawyers for the nuns and related plaintiffs, told the court Wednesday their clients faced a "moral dilemma" -- refuse to comply and face millions in crippling fines, or violate what all sides agree are the nuns' "sincerely held" religious beliefs.

2) The email is from georgenolfi@icloud, which is the name of the writer of The Bourne Ultimatum and The Adjustment Bureau

4) The IP address of the sender of the email is nearby Alexandria, VA

So you have to ask yourself:
Does it really makes sense that the writer/director George Nolfi emailed Podesta out of the blue at almost 11pm 24 hours before Scalia died, from across the country where he normally resides? If not him, and the guy was not lying about his name and just happens to be named George Nolfi, it’s a strange coincidence that his name is the same as the name of a movie writer, given the sketchy previous movie script email, and the government agency leaning movie plots. Finally, the proximity of the sending address to government agencies is very concerning. But even ignoring all that, you have to admit that the timing and the brevity and lack of context of this email is very spooky, and thus I think it adds another piece of circumstantial evidence to the list.
Hopefully further leaks can prove the conspiracy definitely true or false.
