Title: Benefatto's Torn pec was pretty noticable

Right shoulder blade seem bigger too. Like a smaller version of that problem that federov had.

Yeah, but he was watery in the upper body too, something we can't blame on age or genetics or a pec tear.

It happened years and years ago. He probably did wait a while to get the pec tear fixed, judging by its appearance. Now it's healed and there's nothing more that can be done to change how it looks at this point.

But aside from that, Benfatto was in phenomenal shape for any age. He looks as good as he ever did. Of course we know from his recent bust that it takes a small pharmacopeia to look like that, but still, kudos to him for whipping himself into shape at his age and still being competitive with much younger guys.

Not all the time.. Not if any muscle is torn, only if the tendon is torn. Funny almost 100% of guys with pec tears tear their right pec.. weird
