I will explain his death.
He got in the way of someone or even a group of people.

The woman who declared him dead of natural causes without even seeing his body, shouldn't be in the position.  Al these things should have been done without leaving any room for question. 

And no autopsy?  On a person who held that spot?

Why would you create these opportunities for people to question it?
