So he started his massive bulk up cycle at around 300 and said quite clearly he was going to show us how to get to 350. Now he's on a boatload of drugs and is barely nudging 310 after more than a month into the cycle.
Either the cycle is not real stuff or he's not training or eating properly. It's a pathetic gain for that type of cycle.
As many of us know getting to 250-270 range is not that hard. But breaking through 300 and above is much harder. He promised to show us how. I'm still really hoping it all kicks in this second month but he's now seriously backtracking and claiming he would look "too big" at 350 and never really was serious at aiming for that weight ...

As 6'4" guys and up, with enormous frames, and on drugs know, getting to 250-270 range is not that hard. But breaking through 300 and above is much harder. He promised to show us how. Buy in bulk, sell the kits individually for twice what you paid: boom, free drugs.
Also it's pretty much guaranteed he was using Chinese generics which are less than $2/IU and considerably less than that if you buy in bulk

True you don't need to train like an idiot, like branch Warren.
But you do need to train hard. On the amount of gear that he is on, he should be doing at least two 1 hour sessions per day. Instead, you see him training one body part per week. Back in the day, the pros would train all core body parts three times a week. And that was on way less gear, and without GH.
He told us at the beginning of the series, that he would show us how to turn his body into a freak. But so far I'm pretty disappointed with the progress.

As a serious bodybuilder you got to be sure you don't do too many steroids and work out too much or you may get too big.

I have the highest respect for Kyomu, but i can tell you for a fact that in 2006(or 05 ???) Paco told us he was using that amount of growth (and i believe it wasn't chinese) and everytime we brought to him his fresh tuna with rice and diet coke, he used insulin also. Have no clue about the steroid protocol.

He started at 300. Then as we saw how pathetic his gains were he changed his story and said he started at 270 and "already gained 30 pounds of muscle".
Yeah he is lean though true, but he really not packing on the size as he made out he would do. So if he fails the whole thing will really make him look like a fool.
