2 Heath wide, and better than Bostin Lloyd.

Shaved the stache for a more youthful look? Or because it was grey? I noticed that Robby did that as well, and he looks odd with no stache.

coleman could take a lesson from this!

Coleman did not win 8 sandows bcz of hard training. He just fucked up his body for life!

The last injury was to a screw though. Technically not his body in a tabula rasa sense.

Now that's a lifetime bodybuilder, not just looking great for a show 20 years ago, props to him in the Mr Olympia stakes of living the lifestyle and looking good the longest he's the obvious winner along with Robby Robinson as much as I despise the man, their longevity in the game is something a lot of people can learn from.

Goes to show, lift like Vince, Jay and Phil for longevity, your genetics, food and drugs take care of the rest

Proof all those bullshit "light weight babbbby" "heavy azzzz weights" don't matter

4 plates on hammer strength is where it is at

Even levrone who's known to train heavy only used heavy weights for chest, everything else was moderate and he hardly ever trained in the off season, which gave his body a break

its all relative ,I think Ronnie was naturally stronger type and with the increased food/drugs/massive size he became ,he just could move serious weight same with yates,,,vince taylor has rinky dink joints and full muscle bellies on a good structure base but his body responded to lighter weights but the muscle still had a dramatic impact that would take most bbers more weight to gain like him..

Kevin did some fairly heavy shoulder and back stuff, to be fair.

Also, as much as some of you good gents ridicule 4 PPS on a Hammer Iso-Incline, I was flat benching 315 for a few strict reps before I could do a roughly equal number of the same on that Hammer piece.  Hahahahahaha Phil Heath sucks and all and it's 360 w/ leverage vs. 315, but I'm a little tired of seeing people talk about this like Phil -- lame-ass as he is -- and ilk are so "weak" for not loading up the Hammer piece with 10 PPS

Mind you, I dislike Phil, but he demonstrated his strength in that stupid Muscletech v. Weider "bench-off."  Even if he didn't lock out most of his reps, the kid still did a bunch of reps in the hardest part of the ROM.  I've little doubt he is "all drugs" but anyone who says he's a weakling/whatever needs a reality check.

Yup, Vince's body likely couldn't handle those types of weights.  He tore a bicep warming up on curls IIRC

Maybe it has something to do with biomechanics (limb length, shoulder width, torso volume etc?)? I can put on lots more weight on the Hammer ISO-incline than I can do with free weights.

I think he had to get past Selwyn Cotterill who was backstage helping out so changed his mind

Sorry yes, you've all jogged my addled memory (particularly the Selwyn reference cheers).  It was of course Samir (did he really not make contact then?) - but didn't Vince vow at some point never to return to the UK for some reason?  Probably his placing....
