Have a friend who is 59YO he is like 5ft 9 175 lbs 12%ish body fat.
He's contemplating running gh at like 2iu for therapeutic effects, good idea or not?
he's lifetime natty but is in excellent shape. For where he came from

absolutely good idea

I would just get blood work and a physical before starting at that age just to be on the safe side.
-
He don't need a physical he deadlifting 315 for reps at 175lbs 59 years old lol but the blood work, what would you look out for in that test?
-
bah, "get bloodwork" has been the "in thing" to say the last years.
Don't need no bloodwork to confirm that at the age of 59 a man could benefit from 2 units of GH/daily. Hope it's pharma...

If some one happened to be pre diabetic and didn't know it blood work would be useful before starting hgh.

very good point. But highly unlikely with someone already training and not taking crazy amounts of sugar.
