Quads may have been down a bit, but his conditioning was spot on. Superb midsection and great routine.

Shame about his legs. I guess he had a back injury that hampered his leg training? if he had his legs (and by extension his '98-'99 look) - he could have taken Ronnie that year.

Anyone from the late 90's and before, we all experience such feelings for :D :D I mean, can you blame us? Look at what steps on stage these days (and this is one of his better pictures)

And I know they all, do it, so I'm not particularly picking on Branch, but when did the 90 degree crooked arms become mandatory when standing relaxed? Compare just that aspect of an 80's lineup to one today - talk about ILS... ???

Funny after he retires he begins barbell squatting 405-500 for reps, yeah back problems did affect his leg training hahaha more like he's doing it now to push his supplements

Yes, we are. For the most part, people were pretty happy, and are still pretty happy with the bodybuilders of the 50s, 60s, 70s. 80s, and 90s. Of course some looked like shit, but overall, people were happy with the current crop of pros during those eras.

I said we agree that the majority of bodybuilders from the 90s looked good and get appreciation. Of course there are someone who looked like shit and get taken to task.
Hence, the word MAJORITY, not ALL. Overall, bodybuilders from the 90s are definitely more appreciated on getbig than the current crop of pros. That so much is obvious.
