Title: Windows 10...how can you turn off the "news?"

I goddamn HATE windows ten!

I have a new computer and it pauses every few minutes to update the "NEWS" on the start page.

I have been trying to turn off the updating.  No luck so far.

Anyone know how?

The news notification is just like any of the other app notifications, you can turn all the notifications off or just for one specific app (like the news) this notification will show you how
