Just thought i would share this.
Last night i was grocery shopping at the acme and bought some already grilled chicken breast.
was on the pricey side but boy i gotta say if you are looking for a quick blast of protein boy was that shit good as hell! not dry at all, i coulda ate like 5 of them. Usually i have to choke them down when making just strait ass chicken with nothing on them when i make them plain.
