Title: Gurus who sue each other over copyrighted programs

How does one copyright recommendations to do three sets of ten on the bench, to eat eggs, or perhaps in one of the more sophisticated eating plans, cram hundreds of carbs into your evening meals (eg, carb back loading)?

You didn't get my post considering I think what some gurus do is ridiculous. Apparently you didn't see when Meadows was stating he was going to sue someone.

I am employed at a REAL job. You know, with a salary and health insurance.
