Just wondering because i have bad gyno and would love to know more about it. My friend is getting surgery, but he is only taking the lumps out. So gyno can always happen again because the glands are still there and active. If the glands are removed, is it true it causes indentation or ur nipples to look somewhat weirdly inverted? Because if I'm paying 5g for surgery, might as well permanently get rid of the culprit of the problem and confortably blast AAS without having to worry about damn lumps forming
