heavy racks are the best thing i ever did for my traps for thickness and striations. def have got so much more out of them then deads. Im sure some may argue

A lot of these pro wrestlers are pretty genetically gifted. I remember I saw an interview of Stone Cold Steve Austin and said he was eating 3 potatos and a can of tunafish a day because he was traveling all the time and was really poor trying to get his start in wrestling and still had a physique like this:
