Title: How would Bob Paris have fared on todays gear?
Post by: Rudee on March 18, 2016, 04:51:43 PM: How do you think Bob Paris would have fared on today's gear? Do you think he would have what it takes to hang with the top 5 in the sport? Or would today's drugs have completely destroyed all that was good about what made him stand out from the others?

I love Rory but Bob beats him there. Better structure. Rory was taller and somewhat narrow. It's a bit hard to see since their legs are cut off.

Both Rory and Bobby were around 6'0" tall and around 225-235 in competition. Had they competed today, they'd have to be a lot heavier and that would compromise what made them so great.
