Looks like he is going the way of Ronnie. Serious imbalance here. Look how small the forearms appear. Are there any decent pics so we can compare. I can hardly find anything online.

muscle fullness and insertions gets shorter as you age. And more so if you Pound your body with weights year after year day after day. Biceps seems to be affected the worse among bodybuilders. Maybe because most bodybuilders are the most obsessed with getting big arms

he genetically has short bis evident even in amateur days in certain poses,he added oils last few yrs to close the gap..

He's got the Markus Ruhl thing going on. Massive upper arms with underdeveloped forearms.

Nothing majorly wrong with Kai's arms - they're a little on the small side compared with Heaths and he won't beat him at this year's Olympia but compared to every other bodybuilder in the mandatory poses they don't look out of place at all.

Cedric looks like he should have won from those shots, which means in modern bodybuilding he shouldnt have why reward overall shape flow and structure when its standing next to an overmassed mess like Kai, thats who I wouldn't waste one dollar going to support the modern sport.
