Love it!!
Looks like Florida has a sheriff like Arizona has, "You kill a policeman it means no arrest...no Miranda rights...no negotiations...nothing but as many bullets as we can shoot into you...period." said Polk County Florida Sheriff, Grady Judd
An illegal alien, in Polk County, Florida, who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop, ended up "executing" the deputy, who stopped him.
The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed. The murderer was found hiding in a wooded area.
As soon as he took a shot at the SWAT team, officers opened fire on him.
They hit the guy 68 times. Naturally, the liberal media went nuts and asked why they had to shoot the poor, undocumented immigrant 68 times.
Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel: "Because that's all the ammunition we had."
Now, is that just about the all-time greatest answer or what!
The Coroner also reported that the illegal alien died of natural causes.
When asked by a reporter how that could be, since there were 68 bullet wounds in his body, he simply replied: (BEST QUOTE ever) .. ..
"When you are shot 68 times, you are naturally gonna die."
"Welcome to Florida, Y'all...

I heard about a similar situation almost twenty years ago when the shooter (who was being shot at) was asked why he had to shoot the attacker nine times. He said, "Because that's all my gun carried."

Maybe the same rules should apply to cops who kill innocent citizens.

This is one of the many things the liberal media doesn't understand. If you took any criminal justice classes in college you would have learned that this is commonly called the "Swiss cheese effect", meaning 60 rounds may sound harsh but the way it works is that when 3 or 4 officers with 17 round magazines fire at a threat, we'll do the math. Also keep in mind this only takes a few seconds, as they can fire the bullets as fast as they can pull the trigger.

Best answer ever, if real :)

Yes, because they go to work everyday with the intention of killing innocent people...such as?

Somewhat true.
There is no determination if the person was "illegal" or not. Happened back in 2006. Nothing said about the "illegal" being killed by too many bullets.
Looks like something Coach copied from an email.

LAKELAND, Fla. – Officers fired 110 rounds of ammunition at the man suspected of killing a sheriff's deputy, killing the suspect, according to an autopsy released by the sheriff's office.
Angilo Freeland — who was suspected of fatally shooting the deputy after being pulled over for speeding Thursday — was hit 68 times by the SWAT team members' shots, the examination released Saturday showed.
He also was suspected of wounding a deputy and killing a police dog.
Freeland's death ended a nearly 24-hour manhunt that forced schools to lock down and families to stay indoors as about 500 officers scoured the woods.

The wounded deputy had pulled Freeland over for speeding and became suspicious of his identification. The suspect got nervous and bolted into the woods, officials said.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said he was not concerned by the number of shots fired.
"You have to understand, he had already shot and killed a deputy, he had already shot and killed a K-9 and he shot and injured another deputy," Judd said by phone Saturday. "Quite frankly, we weren't taking any chances."
Ten SWAT officers surrounded Freeland on Friday as he hid beneath brush and a fallen tree in a rural area. Authorities say he raised the gun belonging to the deputy he had killed, prompting nine officers to fire.
"I suspect the only reason 110 rounds was all that was fired was that's all the ammunition they had," Judd said. "We were not going to take any chance of him shooting back."
The SWAT officers who shot Freeland have been placed on paid administrative leave, standard procedure in all police shootings.
Also released Saturday were autopsy results for the deputy, Vernon Matthew Williams, 39, which showed he had been shot eight times. He was not wearing a protective vest, but shots hit him in his right leg and behind his right ear, among other places.
Diogi, his German shepherd police dog, was also killed. The dog had been shot once in the chest.
Authorities said deputy sheriff Doug Speirs, also 39, was fired at several times and shot once in the leg. A sergeant and an officer from the Lakeland Police Department were also fired at, authorities said.

Excellent point.
Rarely does a single shot, and sometimes even multiple shots, from a handgun stop anybody. They usually die from bleeding to death.
In the infamous 1986 Miami Shootout, one of the preps took a Winchester 9mm 115 grain Silvertip (a premiere 9mm at the time) that collapsed his right lung as well as absorbing another .38 caliber slug but was still able to fight on killing and wounding several FBI agents, emptying his Ruger Mini 14, then firing with his Wesson .357, then reloading his Mini 14 and killing one FBI agent and wounding three others. During the firefight Platt also took a 00 buck into his foot and yet still managed to pull a .357 from a fallen agent's holster, fire three shots, before taking 3 rounds from a S&W 686 loaded with .38 Special +P.
Often when a person gets shot the body adrenalizes and anesthetizes itself and you become like a bullet sponge unless your spinal column or brain is hit and you still have enough oxygenated blood circulating to continue to function for 30 seconds and often longer.
You keep shooting until the attacker stops any and all aggressive action.

You're starting to sound like a typical lib.
Here are some stats:

A logger or a fisherman is a much more dangerous job.

Being a logger is no joke. My cousin had 2 family members die many years ago while working as loggers.

This is off topic and not to insult you pellius.I don't know why I have a hair up my butt ,but it's like nails on a chalk board.why do people use the phrase "any and all" to try to make there point when you can just use "any" or "all" ,especially in this case it adds nothing

I think this is a fair point. As everyone here knows, I like to keep my posts short and concise and minimize the use of any unnecessary words.
Funny, I don't know you, probably will never meet you, and getting on years, yet you have changed my behavior, albeit a trivial one, for the rest of my life. I don't plan on using the phrase, "any and all" ever again.
What do you think of the common pledge to "Swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."?

Yes, because innocents are being killed WAY too often, huh? Shut up, stupid.
Best response ever, btw. Sheriff Judd, I mean, but this is old as fuck.

Indeed, probably the ONLY thing on which Getbig is in 100% agreement: "Love him or not, that Pellius, boy, his posts are SHORT!"

Judd is also known for pedophile stings as well as prostitution stings. Never misses a chance to get his mug on t.v. Polk County sucks.

It should be noted that rarely, if ever, is a cop just going to come up to you and start shooting. When a cop uses force they are reacting to a perceived threat.
Just swallow your pride and behave yourself. If not, in the end you're going to lose. If a cop does anything wrong take it to court.
I really don't see any incentive for a cop to want to shoot someone. Even if they want to. It's still a job and you just want to go home and collect your paychecks and let your generous taxpayer supported pension build.
Even a good and justified shoot, one is still looking at tons of paper work, an investigation, a record and what not.
