Phil comes across as one of the smartest men in BB when it comes to health, cleaning out his system every year for several months. I think he's one of the few "modern Pros" who can live a long, healthy life. 8)

Depends on what you qualify as "cleaning out his system" if he comes off completely it's not for long.
Bout as smart as the guy who gets blackout wasted every weekend but it's ok because he only drinks a few bud lights during week days.
Or the guy who triples up on smoking but hey, atleast its not weed!
Don't get me wrong I'm fully aware im taking chances by doing this shit but I'm not delusional, it makes even less sense to be on someone else's behalf.

Arnold did not take steroids until a few weeks leading up the competition. Said it himself.
And Phil is arguably a little bigger although shorter (illusion) so he's probably on a few bulkers maybe a few dianabol tabs like Arnold at 6 weeks out.

Yea, but Phil was not on Gifted Nutrition when he built his base. Remember, he was one of the famous Muscletech sponsored athletes whose pedigree reads as a vertiable "who's who" of bodybuilders including Jay Cutler, Johnnie Jackson, Branch Warren, King Kamali, and the list goes on.
Let's call a spade a spade, Muscletech built the ebony mountain of muscle that is Phil "The Gift" Heath -- not Gifted Nutrition.

A usual protocol is to go off aas and leave GH in (GH is year round) for a while, they slam HCG for some reason pretty often in that time frame for some reason (believes it helps to keep the gainz). How do I know? I know some ppl from a high level of bb'ing. DOesn't mean Phil's doing that, but from the look off it I'd guess that's the case.

One thing is for certain Phil has not taken his usual "OFF" cycle this year apparent by is recent guest posing appearances where he is looking as big as ever....he usually shrinks right down after the Olympia and grows into the show when he starts his prep...this means his body isn't reacting favorably to the old routine anymore or he is so self conscious that he is not giving himself his usual "down time" from the big doses...

Cell tech is no doubt important, but realize money is no object to these sponsored athletes. They are on the complete stack which is designed to be synergistic.

In all honesty as being a pro. during there peak of the career . I would think its safe to say year round growth and year round test as being off..
I would think that with the dosages they use it would take a bit of time to come off test then take the time to get it in your system again.
I get the breaks from the winstrol/drol/tren/mast/t3/t4/clen/diuretics/slin.

My guess is his "off" dosage is.
1. 1 gram of long acting test/wk
2. 1 gram of fast acting test/wk
3. 15 to 20 iu's of HGH/day=approx kit a week
4. insulin and igf-1 at whatever crazy doses those guys use
5. 3 weeks before guest posing he takes 150 to 300mgs of anadrol/a day
6. 75 to 150mgs of tren a day
His "ON" dosage starts at 16 weeks out of the Mr. Olympia and it's everything listed above but doubled and many more drugs introduced as his diets down...
