Title: SAN Tight! with ephedra

On the bottle it says "Do not take with ephedra" 

Is this just a legal disclaimer or can someone tell me if thier is something specific in Tight that should not be taken with ephedra?

Synephrine is chemically similar to ephedra/ephedrine.  Can increase BP. HR, etc.  Not a good idea to combine the two ~ and why would you want to anyway?

To make it a type of "enhanced" E-C stack?  Not the best idea I guess.

I think there is also a prob with ephedrine/yohimbe taken together
