All over the national news. Looks like retaliation from a previous encounter.

I was in Columbia, SC last week for work.
Was nervous as a whore in church while driving the interstate, LOL!
-
I can see the conversation going something like:
Cop: "Mr. Dickins... Do you have any crack in you?".
Black kid: Say what?! Maaaaaan!
Cop: "Son, give me the drugs or I'm going to put some cracker in you".
Black kid: "Sir! I ain't do nuthin'! Sir... Daaaamn!

Jokes aside, we are now seeing the role the police have played in terrorizing American communities through the years.
And I love it that these videos are now made public because it shows these out of control and out of shape whites acting like KKK jerkoffs

I have a cousin who works for a non profit organization. We were at a formal fundraiser and a Rich Guy was there who totally and absolutely believed that the real life police were like they are on "Dragnet" and "Adam Twelve." A cop took him aside at this party and told him the way it was...You should have seen his face...I think he cried afterward...for real.

You obviously don't "get" it.
-
Bodybuilding related: Ronnie Coleman was a cop who abused drugs while serving on the police force.

Of course not, he's not black.

Neither am I...

This really needs to stop. Yes, the guy probably had drugs in the past. Yes the cop probably thought it was his duty to find said drugs and protect his community because that's what he thinks he's paid to do. Until police leaders nationwide catch on to the fact it is 2016 and this way of policing isn't tolerated by the public, nor should it be, it will continue in many parts of the country still living in 1970. It was a fishing expedition and those peoples rights were violated period. A cavity search in public for Christ sake.. Even if you had a baggie hanging out of the guys butthole you don't do a friggin cavity search.
Why did the cops feel they could do that with cameras rolling? Because they didn't think they were doing anything wrong. They are so clueless or ignorant to case law, they think they are doing a bang up job. And how did they get that way? Because their department, "denies the plaintiffs' allegations and is vigorously defending this lawsuit." So it's a culture of bad policing. This was an opportunity for that department to send the message that officers will conform to state and case law when dealing with the public.

He's jealous of that black guy for getting fingered in the ass. :)

Someone will be getting a pay day.
-
"You gonna pay for this one, boy"
You can change the frame but the picture is still the same.
Humiliating cavity search with no probable cause in front of his woman, and searching her on the side of the road, exposing her breasts. Disgusting, like this was 100-160 years ago.

People usually ignore such cases. Few people would know (or remember, it was also posted in the Police State thread) the case of David Eckert from New Mexico:
David Eckert, a 63-year-old man from Lordsburg accused of failing to make a complete stop while leaving a Walmart in Deming, N.M., in January. Eckert filed a lawsuit.
Police told Eckert to step out of his vehicle, the lawsuit says, but when he did police suspected he was clenching his buttocks. Police believed Eckert was carrying narcotics in his anal cavity and sought a search warrant.
In the meantime, the lawsuit says, police took Eckert to an emergency room in Deming to perform a cavity search.
A doctor refused, calling it “unethical.”
Undeterred, police drove Eckert to another county. At the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, Eckert was forced to undergo X-rays, two digital rectal exams and three enemas. Police compelled him to defecate, in front of them and the doctors. Eckert was sedated and underwent a colonoscopy.
No drugs were found, but Eckert was charged $6,000 for the colonoscopy.
This man was abused far worse and it does not seem like the cops involved received any meaningful punishment. Eckert received a $1.6m settlement but that did not come out of the cops' pockets of course, as is typical just send the bill to the taxpayers.

Fucking wow.
Just disheartening.

What's new? Pigs protecting pigs.
SANTA FE, N.M. — Half the officers involved in an anal cavity search of a man wrongly suspected of carrying drugs are still on the job, a New Mexico Watchdog investigation shows.
Three officers for the Deming Police Department were never even disciplined.
Two of the three officers in Deming remain on the job, documents obtained through New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act requests show. One of the three officers in the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office is still working for the county.

When cops start doing this to white people in numbers, then we'll start to see change.

I wonder what kind of settlement they'll end up getting after legal fees.

The problem is that if and when there is a settlement it is not straight out of the cops' pockets, they just send the bill to the taxpayers. Many times the cops who commit these abuses hardly receive any actual or meaningful punishment.

been thinking about that. There are 2 areas of concern there. 1 is, often times cops will get sued and the city will settle out of court after weighing all the costs involved in trial and or public perception. The cop followed rules regulations and protocol and the ending still came out bad. Money still comes out of the tax payers pocket but that isn't the cops fault.
Second scenario is the cop screwed the pooch, acted unreasonable and out of policy and law and is sued. Most often that comes out of the tax payers pockets as well. Why not have mandatory liability insurance that cops pay into or if not that, a municipal fund they pay into so in the event the city does have to pay, it comes out of that fund? As a tax payer it pisses me off when cops do stupid things and get sued and it comes out of the tax payers pockets.

Insurance increases the chances of being sued.
