Is that simply his nature or a medical problem with his veins?

There's a surgical procedure to remove and cauterize those veins. A friend of mine had that shit in his calves. Talk about no aesthetics :-X
Anyway, after the surgery, he looked totally normal.

The problem is that blood circulation will be made by other arteries and veins, that might not be big enough for the task. Eventually they will adapt but will cause some mild circulatory insuficency.

Can see it around his right knee.

Did Dillet have varicose veins, specifically in his upper chest? Or were his veins just really thick? ??? ??? ???

But, yet, it still sort of worked for him. He was already such a freak. It just made him look even more freaky.

Had the right leg done last week/ having the left leg done next week..: it's a very painful procedure ( you are awake the whole time / only given valum to " relax you"... I was swearing at the doctor And the nurse as they were doing this to me lol! ..( it's no joke) .. Left pic is before and right is after ...

What was the the actual procedure? Like what do they do? And what is the condition called?

I believe its when they shoot hot liquid down your vein to straighten it out. I heard someone talk about it when they got it done and it sounded painful as fuck! Definitely wish I didn't hear about the procedure. I forget what it was called though.
Edit: just googled it, the procedure is called sclerotherapy
-
What was the the actual procedure? Like what do they do? And what is the condition called?
there are a few different procedures ( and unfortunately I need them all done) it's " medically necessary/ not cosmetic because the veins can clot, there is "EVLT"=endovenous laser therapy after ultrasound a tiny laser is introduced into the varicose vein throughly a tiny incision, laser heats the vein walls causing the vein to close , next is "ambulatory phlebectomy to microsurgically remove "tributary" veins,it's skin incisions with a small " hook"used to extract or pull out the veins ... The problem being ( for me anyways lol) is that you are wide awake on the operating table ...( he hits a nerve you jump!) like I said I was sweating and shaking and yelling profanities .... This place ( Ashton Vein Center) is very highly regarded so it is what it is... Before the surgery the veins in my legs were actually turning black and blue and hurting ( also my shins were becoming discolored from the lack of circulation) the condition is called a "Venous disease" .. It's so much more than just " varicose veins"
-
Oh, so extreme veins >.<
From what I have read, they are supposed to hurt a bit...

I'm " vascular " all over ( seems likely that contributed to my legs/ vein problems )

Thanks for post. I imideatlly thought of paul dillet when i read this. It's not a normal healthy condition. Wonder what causes it?
-
Bicuspid (Butterfly) valves that back flex due to genetic deficiencies (they grow wrong) can do it, leading to a small reverse flow of blood in the veins/arteries at valve junctions. My dad had it, so do I.

Heroin addicts dream.

Ugly veins and a small cock (by black standards). Shame.

You can do something to get this surgically removed cant you?

Is it related to more than valvular anomalies?
Veins have valves, but arteries do not.
I'm just curious what's causing the unusual dilatation to your venous AND arterial systems.
In my mind, conditions and pathologies affect them independently.
-
It's one thing to have veins that show because you are lean but another thing to have those unhealthy knotted damaged veins. It's damaged valves.
