I got a tea brewer for my kitchen.   What brand/style of tea bag will help me reach my bodybuilding/health goals the fastest?

Tea is about taste--not bodybuilding. Buy whatever teas you like.  I drink tea every single morning (loathe coffee).  Hot or cold it is a great beverage and you can sweeten it to your taste.  One tip: most teas don't reach their full flavor unless they seep for a few hours.  When I pour myself a cup in the morning, I let the remainder seep for the rest of the day.  When I come home it is so much stronger and more flavorful.  That's when you pour it over ice and really enjoy it.

It's similar to a Trey Brewer. Only not as fat...

Good point. I just boil some hot water in a kettle and then pour myself a decanter.  Some of that I pour into a smaller cup and drink.  The rest seeps all day.  But in the same way that coffee has become a fancy and pricey drink in the last 20 years, you can spend a lot on tea and tea making accessories if you want to.  For every gourmet coffee there is a gourmet tea.

Well call me old fashioned then if I still write notes with paper and pen, heat water on a stove and use fine leather condoms.
