Title: Best Supplement for a pump?
Post by: Never1AShow on April 16, 2016, 06:37:11 AM
Anything preworkout?  Or something I could take for a couple of days ahead of time?  I'd think creative would work, but that makes me gain weight and feel bloaty in the gut.

Legal otc suggestions only please.

all the super pump/focus supplements can't be good for the heart. anything that says "don't take 6 hours before u go to sleep" works like cocaine, regular usage can't be good for future out comes

just eat a bowl of oatmeal with few hundred grams of nuts crushed in there and a cup of coffee, that's it. maybe bcaa's but they didn't take bcaa's in the very early 19th century and that eras strongman athletes could give the 5 percenters run for theirmoney life

Yeah, I'm absolutely not looking for any of the speed type preworkout drinks.  Those actually inhibit a pump in my experience.  Maybe it's just a carb deal as some here suggest, but I've never tried one of those No2 type supplements.  They are probably bullshit, but what they are supposed to do is kind what I'm shooting for.  Heck it doesn't have to be a super pump, just a regular one, that I can't seem to achieve anymore.

I would happily drink a glass or two of beet juice before a workout for a pump.  Those links say it's good for endurance athletes, but will it give me a pump?  Also do I just blend up some canned beets or do they sell beet juice?

For a pump, I believe caffeine and especially ephedrine are vasoconstrictors

So far no one has said, I tried this X, and it gave me fantastic pumps.  Again, not preworkout energy, muscle pump.

Well I definitely have brain damage, as evidenced by my presence and posts here.  But I think it has something to do with aging and my veins/circulatory system being blown out from all those years of being bigger.

The best pump I ever had was that time I went to the gym and picked some really heavy weight and then set it back down a bunch of times.
