no drugs , no supplements , but legal ingredients and food

hint.. fat, protein and carbs allowed no table sugar

Good for you. You were looking unhealthy. 6% might be a little too low. If it is, your body will let you know.

People who pay attention to whether they feel healthy or not will know when they're doing something wrong, such as having too low a body fat percentage. For some there are very obvious clues. For example women stop menstruating when their body fat drops too low.
