He is black belt in BJJ and navy SEAL platoon commander for 20 years with a lot of combat experience in Ramadi, Iraq.

At 44 years old, 240 pounds in good shape I dont think he is natural. What do you guys think?

I bought his book "Extreme Ownership" pretty decent stuff. also his advice on training and mental toughness is very nice for combat oriented people.
