John HAnsen and Marvin Ward are not on the sauce

just by looking at their bodies i'd say that the last 5 on that list are definitely natural, all 5 of them are small as the day is long.

Based on what, your cracked opinion?
We know about John Hansen's past anabolic use. HANSEN HAS TOLD US THAT, in several interviews.
If you spent half as much time training and dieting (or, at least researching into doing so properly for yourself) that you do, swearing up and down that the aforementioned bodybuilders are lying, your own physique would be magnificent.
I've read plenty of LaCour's articles, specifically from the old Muscular Development/Fitness/Health (and All-Natural Muscular Development)magazines I have. If he's lying, he's excellent at it, because his advice has worked well for me (and many others).
People like you swear up and down that anyone with a significantly better physique than their own must be using anabolics. Why do you even bother training? If you're so convinced that you must use roids to get the physique you desire, use them and quit blubbering about LaCour et. al.
My guess is that, even if you did, you'd still wouldn't get the job done, because of your lousy attittude. How does your alleged exposure of the men you listed help you or anyone else on this thread?
The training, dieting, and resting fundamentals given by LaCour (and Hansen) are vital to bodybuilding sucesss, WHETHER YOU USE STEROIDS OR NOT. A prime example is the late "Steroid Guru" Dan Duchaine. Take a good look at his physique during his competitive days. He used roids considerably yet achieved meager results. Are we to believe that anyone, who looks remotely better than Duchaine, is consuming anabolics as if it's Kool-Aid?
As LaCour states in his latest IronMan article, average people give average effort, while trying to convince others (and themselves) that they're giving 100% effort. They also convince themselves that everybody else with a better physique is using steroids.
Even if you give 100% effort, if that effort is applied improperly, you will not see good results. If you give it your all to eat 4500 calories per day; yet you need 5000 calories per day, you ain't growing. If you train your guts out but don't recover from that training, you ain't growing.
Channel this obsession of yours to actually doing something with your physique and business will pick up.

You must be very young or you definately need to get out more. During the past 20 years or so that I've spent in gyms, going to shows and sporting events I've always noticed that there is that segment of the population that is naturally leaner and more muscular than the rest of us. This includes men and women. I've seen ripped/muscular teenagers who did little else than curls and pushups have better overall balance, mass and muscularity than guys who've been training intensely and dieting "correctly" for 10-15 years. Can you imagine what happens when one of these lazy genetic freaks actually gets serious and trains and eats for bodybuilding? What if they're as dedicated as a Skip Lacour? The combination of superior genetics for bodybuilding and consistant training can yield incredible looking physiques. Don't assume everyone's taking steriods just because even on the sauce you know you'd never look as good.
Blessed are the naive for they are also often jealous and need more help.

The big difference between a big natural guy like Lacour and joe average natural guy is that Lacour has taken any chance of error out of it. He knows how to train, which most people do but he also has diet, supplements, cardio and every other aspect of his game perfected, he's really in a can't fail situation working with AST..most of the guys who are advising him are PHD's...if he's not natural then he should burn in hell but read his journal on ast's site and he's very scientific in everything he does...
-
i know
i hate liars
But you know... you're only helping these men's careers by mentioning them. The fact you question their natural-ness means they're pretty knowledgeable in training/nutrition, in the eys of most, to even have someone ask the question.
Plus, the time you took to make this list could have been better spent making money, hooking up, sleeping, baking a cake... all the good things in life!

The big difference with Skip Lacour and joe average is that Skip's not average. He's not average genetically and he's not average with regards to being focused, dedicated and hard working. This is not to say that if an average joe was just as focused, dedicated and hard working and used "AST Products" that they would have the same level of development because they wouldn't. However as everyone already know but seems to forget, the more you put into something the more you get out of it. If you train and diet half assed you get a half assed physique and then you'll probably turn around and point the finger at all those who look better and accuse them of being on the almighty "Sauce".

pretty much what I was trying to say...maybe you just expanded on it a little better...

If you think those people are natural you're even more delusional than people who think pro-wrestling is real.

Yes that Tom guy is so small he has to run in the shower to get wet.
-
exactly
thank you for your coopereation
Again, how does any of this alleged outing of those bodybuilders help you (or anyone else) one single bit. Let's say someone takes LaCour's advice and makes great progress. Will their pounds of muscle now disappear because, HORROR OF HORRORS, Robocop has declared that Skip ain't natural?
Those who fib about their drug-free status usually get busted soon enough, with evidence far greater than your speculation, which appears to be fuel by insane jealousy. Bottom line, either the advice works or it doesn't; and in LaCour's case, it does.
Save yourself some Kleenex and start injecting your butt cheeks with your anabolic of choice. Maybe then, this incessant whining of yours will cease.

5 Tom Venuto
LOL.......I can't believe this guy made your list.......You're calling roids on someone with a Survivor cast member physique.....

Aside from Skip and Jeff, I've taken dumps with more bb potential than the rest of the list.

hahahahhhahhhhh
Tom V. always comes to the gym wearing crisp, brand new sweatshirts so he can look big. He trains with moderate intensity then runs home and writes a blog entry telling the world all about how intense his training is....

It's the angle the photo was taken in. Jeff's elbow is closest to the camera since it's poking out in an awkward manner so it looks huge along with his arm. Jeff's got big arms but not "that" big.

Damn! Willet is hurting in the lat department in this pic!
All in all fellas, these guys DO look natural to me.
-
Most of those guys are probably natural. The rest may use a touch of GH and a touch of Test, but only once a month or so. :D
-
hi skip.
I must be in some type of identity crisis. First, I was editor for FLEX; then, I was deemed a personal trainer for Bally (Ok, I did work for Bally as a summer job, in between college semesters).
Next, I ended up being a partial shareholder in MuscleMag International, a sales rep for GNC, and a poster boy for MuscleTech
Now, I'm Skip LaCour?
???

:D

These people aren't naturals....
