After many years in the industry, I'm still shocked from time to time.....

I have seen this go on in the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and now. Have supplements promoted by steroid using guys who claim their success is due to supplements. Each new generation of teenage lifters and guys in their 20's falls for it.  They have an endless parade of users. I think even the steroid using pro's fall for it. They would look the same with or without the supplements.

Guys are using expensive whey proteins, fat burners, creatine, and a ton of vitamins they don't need. When I got to an age where I had money to use all the supplements I wanted my cabinet was filled with tubs and containers of crap.  My kidney tests started to come back marginal bad and I had stomach issues. Doc told me to stop all supplements. He said many whey protein supplements are contaminated.  Consumer reports did a whole article on this.  He also said creatine has to be filtered out by the kidneys.  I stopped everything and my kidney tests came back fine and my stomach problems went away. Even though psychologically I felt I needed the supplements after awhile if I realized I wasn't missing anything.

The only supplement that ever really did anything for me was creatine. It retained fluid in the muscles for a great pump and I felt the muscles got denser. Most people I ask about using creatine say it did nothing for them.  It sure did something for me but not enough when I was concerned about the health consequences. I know there are many questionable studies that come to the conclusion that creatine is harmless. I just don't buy it.

Sociopaths are much more common than most people think.  Most are in high positions and/or positions of authority: CEO's, politicians, bankers, lawyers, world leaders, law enforcement, etc.

What's pathetic is seeing one of your buddies who constantly puts hundreds of #hashtags after every single one of his IG, FaceBook posts.

Thinking he will make it big in the fitness industry....
Jokes on him, he's  27 and was recently divorced because his wife says he won't fuck her. No homo?

It's not about her being hot. It's "Devin Physique's" former assistant spilling the beans about how he scammed clients.
