Pre workout: Free form amino acids (same as a protein shake but without any bloated feeling...which leads to vomitting, gauranteed) and simple carbs, like fruit

Post workout: BCAA's, which bypass the liver and go straight to the muscles, then simple sugars with about 40g whey about 20 min after that

I usually eat a full meal about 1.5-2 hours before going to the gym. It usually consists of about 40 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs, & 10-15 grams of fat. It's rather large because it's my first meal of the day.

While at the gym I'll drink a shake. It contains 30 grams of protein & 20 grams of carbs (I also throw in some Taurine, BCAA's, & Glutamine).

Once I get home I kinda "graze" for about an hour. I usually eat pretty clean & I try to make sure I eat at least 50 grams of protein. For example: Eggs, Pasta, Yogurt, Beef, Chicken, Salmon, Fruit, etc...

Pre-workout: energy bar about 1/2 hour before training.

Post-workout:  30 grams whey/30 grams maltodextrin/vitamin E&C, plus a banana.  Then I eat a meal about 45 minutes after that (usually, chicken or beef with rice and a salad).

Probably not the ideal way, but it is convenient for me.

PRE--meal about 1.5 hours prior to going....(40-50 gms protein, 50-60 gms carb, some fats)
--just prior to going --NOxplode drink, BCAA, B complex

POST--12oz 100%grape juice, creatine, 40 grams whey, BCAA.
meal about 1.5 later...

about 2 hours a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and glass a milk and a bowl of ceral  about half an hour a protein shake

post work out depends which gym i go to but its between mcd's wendy's  or carls jr.
