He has to wear an electronic device, as ordered by the judge. He is being charged with 69 accounts of indecent exposure. I assume if he is found guilty, he may have to register as a sexual offender. This one joke may screw the rest of his life. :-\ :-\

(KPNX) At first glance, it looks like a typical varsity football yearbook photo: Mesa, Arizona's Red Mountain High School players posing side-by-side with senior Hunter Osborn blending in with the crowd.
That is, until the school released the yearbooks to students, who noticed something school staff and yearbook editors had apparently hadn't: Osborn was exposing himself.
Court documents state that Osborn "exposed his penis through the top of his waistband of his football uniform."
Once school leaders found out, they notified Mesa Police and Osborn was charged with one count of furnishing harmful items to minors -- which is a felony -- and 69 counts of indecent exposure, one for every person who was there when the picture was taken.
A total of 250 pre-order yearbooks went out before anyone caught the photo.
The picture is also in a football program that was sold at games.

A little much for the tip of a penis.

The world is pussyfied now. Guys can get in trouble for anything. What a joke.

A guy shouldn't get in trouble for exposing his genitals? Should we just be allowed to go around and flash people?
Cases like this can become a slippery slope. If it was okay for him to do this, when and where does it cross the line to where its illegal and inappropriate? Thus, they keep the law constant across all cases--don't expose yourself. Case closed. The stringent nature of this law does not allow people to find legal loopholes in the law, i.e., well, this person exposed himself and didn't get in trouble, so how is my case much different? Why can't I do it?

It's true he shouldn't do it but would have he got this punishment 30 years ago?
It's a crime to have a penis nowadays.

Well, no, he would not have gotten this punishment 30 years ago. Though, I am not too sure what that has to do with anything. Laws are not static. Laws change according to the times. I'd have to look into the research, but perhaps sexually deviant behavior has risen over the years; furthermore, such behaviors are taken a lot more seriously these days. 30+ years ago, we didn't know as much as we did about this type of behavior. As such, laws often change depending on what we learn and its affect on others.
Now, I don't think this guy is displaying true sexual deviancy. However, as I stated previously, they keep the law constant across all cases, in order to avoid any legal loopholes. If you let one person get away with it, then who else should be allowed to expose their genitals? And where? It then becomes a slippery slope, and I am assuming that is not something the law wants to deal with.
As for your statement, "its a crime to have a penis nowadays." Really? I've never been arrested on any sexual behaviors. Have you? I've never been convicted of a crime because "I have a penis." Seems like you just want to make an excuse for a man to expose himself. Hmmmmm, interesting. Tell me more about that.................... ...................

He's being attacked more because he's a man.
Stop defending feminism, I can't believe it's got to you. You're one of them now.

lol. Wow, what a retort, Defending feminism? No. I just have no desire to see another man expose himself. The funny thing is, the women who sexually abuse young children, receive the same time as men who molest young children. Just look at all the teacher who have sex with underage students. They are vilified.
Maybe you do. :D :D :D

The punishment here doesn't fit the crime.

Did you see what I said above? They most likely keep the laws constant so lawyers and others can't find loopholes. When it comes to stuff like this, it becomes a slippery slope if you let one person get away with it. Then people will ask, "Are there are other contexts where I can expose myself and not get into that much trouble?"
-
Just a dopey kid pulling a prank. If he is under 18 then the judge in most jurisdictions has wide latitude. He might drop the charges and basically slap him on the prick I mean wrist. Then the charges will be sealed if he stays out of trouble. If he is 18 then he has in for a world of hurt if the judge and prosecutor doesn't go easy on him.

So dude showed the tip of his little peepee. You think he deserves prison time and to be a sex offender for life?

It seems to be over-reaction, but what is up with kids today? So many of them doing stupid fucking shit.
I have to ask everyone here... Would you have done something like this as a teen? I highly doubt I was going to whip my dick out... Now, I did know a moron who pulled his nut sack out when we were in class one day and started tugging on his chewing gum, which I thought was fucking moronic and low brow. I remember having to tell him that no one wanted to see his sack and to put it back in his fucking shorts.
This kid was just a complete idiot. Should be be on a sex offender list? No, but goddam he's a fucking moron.

Its a tricky question. I do not think he is a sexual offender. However, I can see why the law would want to treat all cases like this in an equal manner.
So, I guess there is my subjective interpretation of the situation, and how I am conceptualizing it purely from a legal perspective.
-
there were 2 kids in my high school (st v-m) who kept showing off their junk. Just whipping it out in PE. Came from broken homes.
you know who you are. It was 1991, gym class. The two of you kept showing your junk off at the weight room, down the hill, to the field house, to anyone who would look.
What the F was wrong with you? Class of 94, ST V-M, you know who you are. You know the 2 boys that kept doing it. Was not cool, and 25 years later, you're still a shitty person for showing your junk to others. Any alum in that class will know precisely who i'm talking about.

sounds like the school distributed child porn

This. Dude is obviously an idiot, his life is going to be hard enough without being on the sex offender list.

I think every pe class has that guy or guys. You know, sexually confused or socially retarded. There was this one guy is my class that would show people his dick and tell them to "suck it, you f**". Which I find very ironic, being that you're showing straight guys your dick and making sexual statements at them.
This other dude in other pe class would walk around naked and roll deodorant on his balls. If anyone said anything about it, if would call them "fa*****" because the only way, he thought, that people would know about it is because they would looks at his balls and he wild want to fight them.

these 2 were athletes, i think one played football well, the other was a freshman scrub. Fairly obnoxious, always in trouble.
To this day, in any circumstance, from dive bars, to gym locker rooms, to bodybuilding shows, I've never encountered such a nasty thing.
Fall of 1991, in the field house weight room, you 2 are foul and the world still remembers it. Damn near-photographic memory of mine :(

Men should protest. Why are men's cocks treated like the work of satan himself.
He showed a little bit of his bellend and he's being treated like he beat a woman and cornholed her against her will. Get over it people. If you don't want to see dong then look away.

Theres a Free Hunter Osborn petition.
https://www.change.org/p/everyone-in-the-world-including-but-not-limited-to-change-org-users-free-hunter-osborn
Hunter Osborn, now 19, is supposed graduate high school this year. But because of a prank encouraged by his fellow teammates on the Red Mountain High School football team to expose himself in a team photo earlier in the year, he may not get that chance. The problem isn't with just the photo but instead that it was published in the school yearbook and distributed. He was jailed on the night of his senior prom with 69 counts of indecent exposure, a class 1 misdemeanor, and a class 4 felony. He didn't put the picture in the yearbook, he didn't create the page, he wasn't the editor that approved it, or the teacher responsible for publishing it and distributing it to students. The teacher responsible for the yearbook should be fired. Red Mountain High School is using him as a scapegoat instead of taking any responsibility! Hunter needs to be held accountable for his actions but that doesn't mean ruining his life! #FreeHunter

LOL @ wanting to punish the teacher who works on yearbook, because out of a thousand pics, she didn't notice a small piece of skin in a picture of 70 people.
Typical of generation entitlement... unwilling to accept responsibility for their actions.

Yes, this part is interesting:
"He didn't put the picture in the yearbook, he didn't create the page, he wasn't the editor that approved it, or the teacher responsible for publishing it and distributing it to students. The teacher responsible for the yearbook should be fired."
Seems like they just want to pass the blame onto everyone else.

Yep. Sounds like it was written by a student. Has that snide entitled tone. Punchable.

So they saw his Penis in a yearbook photo and instead of dealing with the school they called the Police? How did that conversation go.
Police Station Operator " Is this an emergency, how can I help you?"
Loser "Yes, big emergency"
Police Station Operator " Stay calm mam, how can we help you"
Loser "Penis, I can see his Penis"
Police Station Operator " Is the perpetrator in the same room as you? Can you talk?"
Loser "Yes, he here and there and in many people's home right now"
Police Station Operator " I don't understand"
Loser "I can see his penis!!!"
Police Station Operator "Where, who?"
Loser "In the yearbook, the YEARBOOK DAMMIT"
Police Station Operator "click"
Loser "Hello.....hello.....anyo ne still there?"

What fucking world did you people grow up in? Every class has guys that whip out their dicks. Every circle of friends has the buddy with the giant cock(no homo). You know this because he whipped it out in parties and chicks always asked to see it. These guys weren't all awkward and shit. Some run fortune 500 companies today etc. All the shit was normal. Hollywood made movie after movie with shit like this because Jr High and High School kids all had buddies like this and could relate...Getting something like that published in a yearbook would be legendary type shit back then. Sure the World has changed on how people view this type of shit now but its so fucking harmless...
-
with all the shit going on in the world right now.
This is why we are sending a 19yr old kid to jail? destroying his life for a prank? Its a harmless fucking penis for chrissakes. Who exactly did this prank hurt.
and there are Adults, on getbig no doubt that think this is ok, somehow... Just like suspending a kid for chewing a pop tart into the shape of a gun is a ok.. .. This is what happens when a civilization is dying. Intense focus on the trivial while our society is crumbling all around us.

Bloody asinine. Kid tugs out his Johnson as a prank and everyone loses his/her shit.
It's a goddamn penis. Who cares?! At most, he deserves a (very) small fine and stern lecture.
It's like that pic posted of Ellen Degeneres riding on the back of Bolt, with a caption stating its now how she'd shop. You know, because he's fast. But folks went ape, claiming it was racist.
This world is totally bonkers.

I believe school staff call them "Tallywackers" They should put Ms Ballbricker on the case - she wouldn't let one slip out of her hands ;D
