Hillary needs to be smart and pick a good well liked male running mate. Picking a female will surely alienate part of her male voter base giving Trump an opportunity to squeak out a win. Trump needs to be smart and not pick repeat losers like Rudy or Christie either. He'll alienate a big chunk of the country if he goes all NY with his ticket. Trump can pick Huntsman or someone west of the Mississippi to meld together his voter base across the country. The next decision these two candidates make will make or break their chances.

It's really not going to matter. People typically vote the top of the ticket.

Hillary is not going to pick a woman

Not true for Mccain or even Gore. Both killed their campaigns with poor choices

That's not correct. The numbers show otherwise, both in those races and pretty much every presidential race.

McCain was ahead of Obama until he picked Palin which just killed him and even then he didn't lose the general election by much. A smarter choice by Mccain and history would have been different. As for Gore, well, he did win the popular vote but still lost.

Mccain led Obama in mid to late August. He chose her in late Aug.
By Sept 15th he started to drop and never regained the lead.
Anyone who says Palin helped him hasn't looked at the polls from summer 2008. Swing voters saw her and ran. 60% of all voters on election day said she wasn't even prepared to be veep (moffit/edison/fox news poll)

Nah. Palin actually helped McCain and I've seen the numbers that show it. McWay has posted them several times on the board. But at the end of the day, McCain lost because people picked Obama over McCain, not because they didn't like Palin.
VP choices don't dictate presidential outcomes.

Warren as the VP would thrill all the Sanders supporters, guaranteeing that they didn't stay home on election day.

Conflict of interest much? Hillary is a Wall Street Slut who's sold out to the Israelis and Warren is Anti-Wall street. Can't see how they can coexist.

I agree with you about McCain's choice of Palin...once people got past her beauty, I think they were horrified by how dumb and ill-prepared she was....
who did Gore pick as his running mate again????...how quickly we forget

Now they're shit scared of another liberal Jew who doesn't self identify as a jew becoming president.

Turns out Liberman is now pretty much the exact opposite of liberal.
