Which was the worst look, gifts aside?

pretty easy:
in 2004, he was full of water but he still had a good shape
in 2007, he had the conditioning but he ruined his shape (tore a quad, inject synthol in biceps and shoulders, etc)
in 2013, he was full of water with absolutely no aesthetics whatsoever
2013 clear winner :-X

Actually at the 2007 Mr. Olympia he had the worst conditioning in his career and they gifted him the win. What contest were you looking at?

IMO Jay's worst was offstage when he assaulted a young fan. The boy refused to press charges when Mason was the first officer to arrive on the scene and neutralize the situation.

Jay was pretty ripped at the 2004 Arnold.
He looked really bad in 2007.

2004 ASC - He wasn't holding water. He was very lean, but extremely flat.
2007 Mr. O - Holding lots of water in pre-judging. Dried out more at the finals though.
2013 Mr. O - Not holding water. Lean, but could not regain all of the mass you used to carry previously.

You're right. My mistake. I googled cutler olympia 2007, and found some pics where he was dry, but they weren't from 2007 and I didn't check when they have been taken :( Just ignore my precedent post. I promise I will do a better (and deeper) schmoe session on google next time before posting ;D

Jays best years were back in the day , if you watch some of his old vid during the coleman years jay was pretty impressive.
Its almost like he got a few gifts just for how he came into the shows from the past getting second for years with no chance of placing first.
I gotta say i like jay as a bodybuilder i thought and think hes good for the sport past and present, not my fav physique by far though.

like gaspari 2nd place was a lock but due to lesser genetics in some regard was stuck due to coleman and rich/haney..

This is just sad. And he beat Ramy the last time he competed..ramy got eighth place. ::)

Always thought Jay was a decent guy till I saw that video of him acting like a primadonna with that personal assistant of his. He was yelling at the poor guy to come over and do this and do that. Almost sounded like an old person that fell out of bed and needed someone to pick them up. It was pathetic and I thought to myself. This is not a man. This is a bitch that needs assistance and help. This is a weakling.
No wonder his wife left him. He is an arrogant, self centered person that's for sure. When he was younger he looked like a wholesome country boy which is what she probably fell for. Not an ego maniac.
He was gifted in 07 and Dennis should have won it. He made Jay look like a child standing next to him.
Jay was good in a few shows and deserved his placing but like I said above my views of him changed over time. Maybe he'll correct his ways. Who knows.

Big thick waist. Never liked his legs. Moped around the gym dragging his bag on the floor like a lazy moron. Worst mr O with the exception of maybe Dickerson. Case could be made that he won 09, that's it though. Looked his best in 01 or 02.
