The series has been over for months but with my busy schedule I'm catching up with it on DVR. Had no idea that Joe Lazzo was on it. I had the unique pleasure of being trained by Joe Lazzo some years ago and all I can say is WOW. The man put me through a boot camp of exercises that my body would soon never forget. His ultimate training style is a breath of fresh air and his constant motivation is second to none. The series is making him out to be something totally different than what he is. The Joe I know is a motivator, helper, caregiver and friend. If you have the chance check out the show but just a reminder, its a reality show and not real. Joe is again a great guy.
