no way the dude in 1st vid is 5.8% if guy in 2nd vid is 10.8%.....one of those machines is out , if not both.

hydrostatic weighing is better

yes 5.8% my ass  Alberto Nunez tested at 7% and is just as lean if not leaner

The most accurate method to find out your body fat % is to post a pic on Getbig and ask  ;D

During the telecast of the 93' Olympia, Jim Quinn reported that in the days leading up to the contest Billy Smith gave Flex Wheeler a skin caliper test at Golds Gym and he measured 0.0% BF, the lowest reading ever recorded at that time.
