He definitely looks "small." Maybe he will grow into the show, or maybe he is just delusional with a comeback. His legs look pretty underdeveloped.

Or good looks & aesthetics.

All hype.
Three weeks before the contest:
1) He claims to get injuired
2) Had a family emergency
3) Got sick
Thus, he may wind up guest posing.
-
sf i got to agree with you
yes kevin looks good for a 51 year old ex pro
but to compete and win the olympia he better up the dosage big time.
-

WTF??? He was way bigger last month!! Why is he losing weight and size? Dude needs to balloon up to 265-275 and then cut down to 250 for the day of. This isn't the way.
-
Impossible to get density, thickness, legs and back to compete against the top 12.
-
Anybody thinking that levrone is going to get back to pro size whilst on tour (that last vid he is in iraq) is kidding themselves.

Stomach virus 5 days before comp. He'll claim "too weak to compete". ::)
-
I think all the fans of the 90's are excited to hear Kevin come back BUT in looking at those vids, yes he may be putting up crazy weight but he has roughly 2 more months to put on size before he starts on at least a 12 week cut. If he goes through with it, I see him onstage at 220
-
Dude better be on the lookout for fervent Moozies looking to cut off a head.
-
This or call Flex to get some ninjas' cell phone numbers.
Speaking of calls, I saw Cormier on the Golds Gym reacts video saying he knew about the comeback a few months back. I wonder if it was from Levrone calling around trying to find some supplements for this "comeback."
-
Wonder how he'd do in the #212 Olympia? I can't see him being big enough for the main one either.
-
All hype.
This....but I still like it...
-
Hey should just pull a Darrem Charles and do the Classic Physique...

Deep down, I think Kevin knows he is not going to win. I think in his mind, he wants to place top 8. However, based on the above videos, it does not look like it will happen. Maybe they will give him 9th or 10th place.

I was going to add in Ninjas :D :D

Ahhh, yes, the stomach virus is often the go-to among bodybuilder when pulling out of a contest.
-
Thin legs.

I have to talk to my friend about this but I don't believe Kevin will compete and I don't think he should. He can guest pose and be done with it. People want someone to root for so badly and who better than Kevin? I also think the IFBB needed to do something to bring back the luster to their premier contest because last year's was so bad.
It's sad that it will take a 52 year old man that hasn't competed in over 10 years to do so.
They could eliminate this nonsense by judging fair and square. This year unless Phil comes in looking amazing I think the crowd will turn on him even worse than they did the last time and if Kevin really does compete nobody will care if Phil wins and they'll boo him even worse at what they see as the injustice of him getting 6 Sandows and Kevin having none.

He's going for the early 90's look.
Ascetics and shape.
-
at 50 or whatever he is I think it will be hard or pretty much impossible to put on the mass he had in his 30's.. personally I think it will be just a big fail :P but that's also the easy thing to say. would be fun if he proved us wrong
-
If anyone remembers 4 months before he took 2nd at the Olympia, he was about 205 pounds soaking wet in a picture so its definitely possible. However at 51 years old.....hmmm.
-
Who the fuck cares?!?!... This is one of those crazy things in life that doesn't happen very often! ( let's just enjoy it And cheer him on!)
-
Everyday he gets better and better. He still has many months to pack on pro like mass.
-
I refuse to check the links. It's just sad to see a formal GOAT'r making a comeback at 50+ :-\
-

Lee Priest is on vid talking about Levrone comeback rumours from late last year.
-

Not as much time as you think, as he will need to start dieting to get shredded in a month or so.
-
It's like I said.
Everybody is expecting him to blow up right now but the thing is, every post he makes, he is somewhere else in the world. He isn't back home in the US, consistently training.
Nobody will come back from where he is to where he needs to be whilst they are on flights all the time. Nobody.
I know he probably had commitments before this but my feeling is that if he he continues to post from places in the world, I grow more and more in agreement that he isn't actually intending to make the show.

i really think this is kevins last grasp at trying to make some money in bodybuilding
if my memory serves me correct i believe in his hey day , he owned a gym and was married. i think the divorce cost him all of that.
also he hasnt really done much in the past 13 years. sure he has talked of a comeback seems like forever now. he has his supplement line.
i really think this is all a smoke screen to get interest in his supplement line and the hopes of someo supplement company sponsoring him.

I think you are right except that I don't think the comeback is to promote the supplement line. He's probably getting paid really well by the IFBB for this because this is the most exciting thing to happen to them in years and will help fuel ticket sales after last year's lackluster Olympia.
If he is over in the middle east then those guys are probably sponsoring him too. Unless he said he was going to make a comeback why else would they do this?
Kevin should have married a rich woman who wants arm candy and someone to service her regularly. He would have been free to act, sing, and do whatever.
