How macros should be chosen when we use different AAS?
How should we eat on:
-Trenbolone
-Deca/NPP
-Tren+NPP
Eating intended, which macro should be high which low... etc. Try to imagine a lean bulk contest or a cut.

Eat enough protein and fill the remaining calories with carbs and fats.

I was reading somewhere that when you bulk on:
DECA/NPP: carbs at 100-120g, Prots (bodyweight in lbs *2) fill the rest with fats.
TREN: 50g fats, Prots (bodyweight in lbs *2) fill the rest with carbs.
DECA/NPP+TREN: i think that this will depend on which one will be higher, maybe a balanced diet in FATS and CARBS.
Is that broscience?
I'm interested on that because i want to grow lean and keep fat as low as possible....
For a 200lb gentlemen that wants to eat 3000cals:
DECA/NPP: 100c 400p 467f
TREN: 238c 400p 50f
NPP/TREN: 175c 400p 78F
Bah 400g proteins... :o :o :o

it doesnt make a fucking difference AT ALL. on tren you need more carbs, and in general the more shit you use the more beneficial are carbs over fats, metabolically speaking. in the end it doesnt matter though, given a sufficient protein intake its the surplus or deficit that makes up 95% of your success

But the INSULIN from the carbs that you is what makes you grow more... if you don't eat carbs how can you shuttle nutriments into muscles?

But, to your question, I don't think anyone here is going to give you a macro breakdown and I don't think anyone here has heard of taking in "x" amount of carbs or fats while taking a certain compound - that's just not how it's done.

umm... id suggest some (a lot) basic reading on nutrition before injecting your body with performance enhancing drugs buddy ;)
other than that, trial and error. no retarded formulas...

Look in the mirror bro that should tell you everything you need for your own personal physique/ what one person can eat may be completely diff from you. If you see your spilt over drop the carbs/ look flat and stringy up the carbs/ look fat, then drop the calories/ look full and crisp then up the cals slowly

I suffer of body dismorfia.. :D can't really see how i'm.
I have noticed that KETO diet for cut works well, but have to run it with higher prots.
And also that Carb cycling works wonder.
Last thing is that i have to keep prots at 300g or i will be hungry all the time. (i'm 200lbs at 8% atm)

Just cycle your carbs eat more on training days than lazy days. You said it works wonders well run with it. Carbs are fuel source use as needed for repair or fullness. You over do it and bloat up and get fat. Use as needed imo

I will do like that! More carbs on training days much less on lazy ones, maybe add cardio.

It will be a lean bulk so i'll keep up my cardio and the cal deficit.
Atm i'm 94kg 8%bf with a bit of water from my cut from 15%.
I don't care about the water it will drop with time..
Soooo tomorrow will be the great day.
AAS:
200mg Test E
200mg Tren E
300mg Deca
300mg Masteron E
300mg DHB (dehydroboldenone cypionate)
HGH: 3iu
T3: 25mcg eod
T4: 50mcg eod
Adex 1mg eod
Jumex 5mg ed
MACROS:
CARBS: 185 (apples, grapefruits, black beans, sweet potatoes)
PROTS: 250 (chicken breasts, eggs whites)
FATS: 85 (eggs, oil and avocados)
I will do 3 WO and 3 cardio sessions (30mins) per week.
I'll try to do only 3 meals to keep loosing fat.
Lunch (13:00) Dinner (after WO 19:00) Little Snack (21-22).
WO intensity and cals (CARBS) will raise in 6 weeks with drugs.

Jesus, the tren is gonna burn thru that in about three minutes, stop trying to tailor your diet to the gear, and tailor your diet to you, then add in the gear as needed.
..also not a fan of the "lean bulk" for me, that's like wanting to drive fast and save gas at the same time. I bulk now, cut later. As long as you start lean and watch the mirror, you won't go too far off.
We are the only ones that can tell the difference between a jacked dude, 250lb at 9% and a jacked dude, 260lb 15%. Everyone else just sees a cocked-diesel ripped guy

yeah i should have specified things... T3 is just a typo...
The 2500kcals will be my starting point after my last cut, i'm upping cals slowly.

I will raise Tren asap...my max dose will be 600mg need to find the dose for Deca...
Was thinking that raising cals and drugs slowly would be a better choice than jumping directly to a dose...
