I bought big bag of Ornithine to use before bed. I use 2-3 grams I go to bed and then it starts: strange feeling all over the body something like niacin's flush effect. It's impossible to fall a sleep like that so "calm-down" takes extra 30 minutes which I could be sleeping. So I'm wondering how can someone be using Ornithine pre-bed in even higher doses... got to use it earlier but anyway it's damm strong

sorry - it was not ornithine but god damn GABA. I handle lots of stuff but 3 grams of gaba is crazy bullshit. def not for me
