Men train sometimes with no shirt on.
Walk around casually in the locker room nude.
Spread the newspaper across the bench press.
Do most exercises wrong.
Talk very loudly.
Usually have mouth open.
Some smell of Ben-Gay.
Never wipe up sweat.
Usually have a gold cross or Italian Horn on.
Drive Cadillacs.
Circuit train.
ROM horrible.
Sit in Sauna after workouts for over an hour.
So far in 5 years 4 Seniors have died in the sauna.
Young people are whippersnappers.
Wes and Walter...this hits home.
MAKE GETBIG GREAT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the Silver Sneakers came tell me why old people, work out first then sit and pass out in the sauna? Had an old timer bike 80 miles, came to the gym, went into the sauna and died.
Why are old people drawn to the sauna like moths to a light?
What do they think they are doing besides putting much stress on the heart.

I don't get not wearing a shirt in the gym. Besides being gross as fuck for other people. There is fucking AC in the gym it's not hot.
