Beyond weird, closing in on 50 and talks and dresses like a teenager......

Not sure what happened to him in his past that made him like this, but the guy needs serious therapy.

Somewhere around the 10:00 mark I burst out laughing at the way Rich was describing his functionality.  It reminded me of just how likeable this guy is.  This time he's actually stepped on the scale, so I'm looking forward to seeing him skip the ice-cream and Chipotle to confuse the body, right Babe?  :)

Whatever it takes. Will he ever get those arms ripped? Pecs ripped? Christmastree in the lower back. Visible quad muscles? I doubt!

The only thing on this dude thats pure muscles in his abs, no oil there...
