Disappearing tricep syndrome (see Gaspari, Ronnie, et al.) biceps seem to hold up better, like Larry Scott.
Legs uhm... no idea but those are among first to go mass wise as well. Who knows.

I'm quite certain he doesn't give a rat's ass what you think. And as far as enjoying life, clearly the coot has been a gym guy for many a decade. Hint: some of us actually enjoy lifting. A lot.
