Frank Zane was the best back in the day.

His workouts were InZane

Because it's now passé to cut up the current weak physique Mr O, people had to find another subject. I don't mind, Zane's Olympia winning build although small is much preferred over the bloat boys onstage today.

There is no official all time rankings/ratings for these beauty pageant contestants, so any overrated or underrated stuff is frivolous anyway.
