Title: Pre-Fall Advertisement?

Just saw an ad for "Pre-Fall". We just started summer. So wouldnt "pre-fall" be summer? Or is that the tail end of summer, just before fall/autumn? And when is "pre-winter"? How about "pre-spring"?
These are pertinent questions that really need answering.
