Title: Frenchman planned Euro 2016 attacks

Not much on it now other than he was found with a bunch of weapons. Anyone want to take bets on his motives were? I'm sure he's an ethnic Frenchman who just snapped.

He must be crazy and think terror attacks would make France drastically alter its immigration policy.
