i think from his girls "team light Skin" statement ,  dunking is for Team Blacks , 3-pointers are for Light Skin Fellas

If you ever truly hung out with black guys before, light skin guys, I'm told, supposedly suck at sports. Pretty much how Phil sucks at sports. So yes, he is a member of team light skin.

Somebody should have told Blake Griffin that. And Dan O'brien (of Dan & Dave fame)
If it was brown or dark skin guys who said it, it is generally out of insecurity---colorism.
