Title: A little positivity (fallview approved)
Post by: Coach is Back! on June 12, 2016, 08:17:39 PM
Working 12-14hrs a day plus coaching and getting ready to move facilities leaves us little time to enjoy what we work for. Today my wife and I took about 20min to enjoy our backyard...literally.

This was taken about just about 10min ago..

Doesn't get any prettier, Joe. Why are you moving the gym?

When I was getting my college guys ready for their combines I would take them over to a facility (about 100,000sqft sports complex) close to us with indoor turf. I got to know the owner and he proposed a business deal. Long story short, we have been in negotiations for about the last 4 months to bring our facility into theirs. We decided to take it. We will have 3000sqft of training space plus 30 yards of turf.

The complex get in over 500,000 athletes per year about 3-4K on the weekends and about 800-1000 per night. It was too good to pass up. Obviously we declined our renewal lease on the present space.

Sounds pretty amazing, congratulations.

I heard he upgraded to the more luxurious Homewrecker III yacht now that he made it big with the new job and the Caliber Fitness website is up again.
Here's Homewrecker II:

Coach, please elaborate on how despite both being experienced trainers, you have achieved a great deal of success and amassed vast wealth and recognition, yet vince goodrum has no clients and lives like a filthy peasant? We're you just lucky and in the right place at the right time or what?

I'm not rich but we do well. I just love what i do. I don't believe in "luck" like anything you get out of it what you put into it. If this wasn't a bodybuilding/fitness site I wouldn't mention or talk about my business at all.

Nice view of your yard.

ps..the stats question in regards to your pic I was asking like weight and age in the photo. I am 46(47 in June) so it's inspiring when I see guys in my age group or above like Wes, yourself et all are still plugging away
