Mitigating factor. She's getting charged. They are just not charging her yet because they want her to talk more.

Nah, she will. Battered woman's syndrome is rarely accepted, mitigating factor. Fed and Fed prosecutors want and need to make an example out of her and his friends. And they will! She's telling them things so they can corroborate what they uncover with what she said. Any slip ups in her story and she's screwed even more.
